Top 7 Secrets For Your Karmic Cleanse

Karma Boomerangs Impartially on all of us. I have experienced this and this is not just a blanket statement

Good Karma , or in other words, Good deeds, make us feel special , happy and places us in a position of power. Your good actions stand by you in times of peril , in times when you feel the people around you are plotting against you or when you feel you are not being given enough chances to prove yourself how Good you are. If you have been wondering how you can increase your good will quotient among your people and how to even help yourself by helping others  , read on -

I have personally identified 7 secret ways , by which you can increase your Sathkarma(Good Karma) Score and cement yourself a solid , powerful and secure position in this world .  Not surprisingly, many of you might already be doing these deeds , for those who haven't started to build their Sathkarma score, this will help you immensely. Those who are already on this path  , Excellent. Your good deeds will be enormously fruitful and will always be by your side.

1.  The Power of Prayer
This is across all religions & I am not just talking about rituals or incantations here . Not many find religion's rules and expectations easy - they may find it intrusive or restrictive , sometimes suffocating too. See, Religion or the concept of God has been there & will be there. This is in-conquerable and unparalleled way of refining ourselves into becoming better version of everything who we are. I am not naming a specific religion or God, but in general , if one closely observes facets of their respective religions , there are underlying purposes that have practical benefits in one's life. So , practice the power of prayer. If at all you muster the strength and moral fibre to engage in some good ritual / slokas / psalms / namaz - whatever you wish to call that, please continue to do without having a minuscule of doubt. If such serious activity is not your thing, simply engage in a few minutes of prayer conveying your gratefulness for everything you have and don't have and that would suffice.

2. The Object of Positivity
If religion / prayer / God is not your thing, simply find what makes you tick - have an object of positivity .You must do this exercise to find out what makes you feel positive that you associate all your good ethics with - something that makes you feel energized , something that questions your judgement, something that makes you afraid of misdeeds - even your own conscience . You cannot just freely live in this world , without tagging yourself with some set of ethics and values and it is upto you to link yourself with this object of positivity. Find it and be loyal to it.

3. The Joy of Feeding ( Food Donation )
We all enjoy eating the food we like. Most of the things that we enjoy are only as much close to you as your skin but food alone enters into our body , nourishes our organs and makes us mentally happy in another dimension. Food is something that magical . Not many , however have this blessing. The reasons are aplenty. Whenever you get a chance, engage in Anna Dan or Food donation. Don't just sign up for organizations and keep lending money out and make it look so mundane. It is not an EMI like your loans. Donate cash , follow through , if possible, purchase the food articles themselves and see them being cooked . Further , engage in serving this food to those in need. Visit Charity homes / shelter where they engage in any scale of food donation and actively involve yourself . Food Donation Multiplies your Sathkarma score.

4. The Animal-Bird therapy
Humans are not the only ones treading the grounds of earth . We have animals , birds around us. Waste no opportunity to feed animals and birds in whatever possible and this gives a unique shine to your Sathkarma score. Find what is the favourite food for those animals/birds that you find near your place and regularly feed them with love. Build a rapport with alternate forms of life and you will imperatively find a positive impact in your over all outlook and aura.

5. The Matured Beings
All men and women beyond a certain age , should be respected , cared and loved beyond limits. If at all you are blessed with Long age, you better prepare a proper red carpet to your final days as you age. Take good care of old grand parents, however irritating they are. Converse with them , ask them if they are doing well. Make them feel valued , important in the matters of  the house . Things like these make them automatically wish you and your generations to come from the bottom of their heart. This blessing is beyond comparison. If by fate you have lost all your grand parents, visit old age homes, actively talk with them, buy groceries, help them shift goods, donate money but check with them if they are comfortable. Just sending cash to your old parents/grandparents is not an act of care. EMIs and Governments do that. Talk and engage with them and earn their good will. Also important is seeking the good will of your ancestors. Thank them for all that you have , however little and you will find more blessings come your way. Also , not to mention but to not be missed - Your own parents. Stand by them and be everything you can be to them . Your parents are your blessings in person - all that is good and pure are embodied in the form of your parents.

6. The Less Fortunate Beings
Beggars , Transgenders, Lepers, Blind , orphans , Diseased, Immobile, mobile but mentally challenged, servants , hawkers and gypsies - never disrespect them even if they are misbehaving and seem like they don't merit your good vibes. Be polite and find ways to help them but be cautious before you help some one in need. Money , Clothes , Books, Food , Job - there are many ways you can help these less fortunate people and their grateful wishes act as medals in your Sathkarma Armour. Be wise, but help them appropriately. Sometimes an assuring smile means so much to them , when they feel life is not bad after all.

7. Your Personal Code of Conduct
One of the most effective ways to keep your Sathkarma in peak condition is to have a code of ethics and morals that you have to abide in all situations with all people. From being truthful to those who place their trust in you to everything that forms the basis of all your relationships , prepare your own code of values and make sure your conscience is clear and unblemished. No matter what others say or do will not affect you or atleast , affect you very less , if your own conscience is clear. Take a moment and understand what your own core ethics are, implement them repeatedly and stand by it.

These are some things that all of us can think about and imbibe in our respective lives and make our very own way our life on Earth an out-of-the-earth experience.

Things like , when we wish someone unknown being to transported in an ambulance lots of good health to making grand gestures like providing food and resources to the downtrodden - all good deeds will stand by you at all times.

The catch is here is not speak about your good deeds to other in the hopes of being recognized and get some glory . Be selfless, but don't be foolish.

Build your own Sathkarma profile and live life the beautiful way it is meant to be lived !

  1. In a world filled with people who take this "my life my rules" aspect to a whole different selfish level, one needs guts and some sane level of maturity to talk about the concept of karma (good or bad) freely and in an outright manner the way that you have done it here . Love all ur posts : this one love it better. Rock on amigo :)
